Excellent, professional travel services in a relaxed, well appointed office - some of the best Travel Agents in the business! Highly recommend.

Professional from start to finish, Brilliant service from Glenda (including dropping off some Tour bag-tags to my residence). Would recommend.

Walked to book a trip to Finland and Russia the person there was giggling and talking with a "client".Asked to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes. Still lots of giggling and chatter asked to come back in 10 minutes. Did so in 15 minutes. Guess still giggling and laughing.Went elsewhere.So unprofessional. I would have serious doubts about their ability to organise a piss up in a brewery.But I am over 50. So I guess I don't matter.In my opinion stay away.Col Canning
