We rented with SPACE Property for a year and our property manager, Melissa King is one of the best I've worked with. She was very responsive, patient and friendly. Any repair requests or questions about the property were dealt with quickly, explained fully, and we were kept up to date with the progress. We're now renting a different house through another company and I long for the days of working with Melissa. Can't recommend her and SPACE enough. Real pros. Jim Strachan
I am writing this review specifically about Melissa King - Property Manager at Space. Melissa looked after us for 2 years, and during the whole time she was always attentive and helpful. She was always available for phone calls and managed to ensure that any property issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a property manager.

I have been renting with space for 3+ years with Melissa as my property manager. I recently went through a less than savory experience with a housemate leaving our lease. Melissa was fantastic to deal with and communicated to help rectify concerns is such a personable and sincere way! She definitely turned the situation around and I can guarantee I will be renting through space for years to come.
SPACE, and in particular Tracey has been amazing. We moved into an older style property and there have been a few issues, they always resolve them as soon as physically possible and to great quality. We have had a new dishwasher installed, and lately an air conditioner, with the heat of summer really has been a godsend. Thank you for making our rental journey easy and seamless. Highly recommend to landlords and tenants. :)
