Very helpful and efficient pharmacy staff with good service
The staff r very nice and helpful
Last Friday I went to the pharmacy to seek advice as to how to treat an abrasion with bruising. The assistant I saw was unwilling to offer advice so referred me a pharmacist. I sat for 10 minutes and watched a young woman collecting bottles and packets of medications from the shelves, sticking labels on them and putting them a basket. Occasionally she glanced my way but made not attempt to speak to me. Nor did any one of the other people, some of whom I assume were at least dispensers. So I walked out in disgust and went slightly out of my way to another pharmacy, where my matter was dealt with and paid for in a matter of 5 minutes by a courteous, helpful pharmacist. I won't be in a hurry to seek help at Coventtry's again.
