So over priced its unimaginable, I literally was able to find the same exact furniture at value city for two thousand dollars less. The sales lady Thomas is talking about in previous review is named Nancy. She is rude, pushy, and extremely condescending for someone so clearly uneducated. Dont expect the business to do anything about her behavior or how many sales shes cost them though, its a job handed to her by her brothers apparently. Oh well, save your money & time and go to Levin.
I have never had a negative experience with Rusbosin. In fact, I have bought several pieces of furniture here, such as a kitchen table, livingroom leather sectional and a mattress w bedframe. I like that most of their stuff is made in the USA, and the best part is that I was able to lay away those pieces until paid in full with cash. The loan option is available if you don't have the cash and you want it immediately, but I was fine with waiting a few months while paying it down. Everything I purchased was quality, and delivery guys put it together for you if necessary.
