While the general staff have been fantastic to deal with, after a single appointment we decided to discontinue seeing Dr Mary Jessop at this practice. After waiting several months for an appointment. Mary spent the entire session chatting to our son, but did not ask us any history or details of why we were seeking her counsel. She then summarily decreed that there was no chance of him having ADHD with little explanation. On a follow up conversation where I questioned her diagnosis, she made condescending comments such as "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet". We ended up making a complaint to the practice manager, but I wish I'd just asked for my money back. Avoid this doctor, she is more interested in defending her opinions than treating a suffering child. (Have since sought a second opinion, had our son diagnosed and medicated, and entirely turned his problems around. Zero thanks to Dr Jessop.)
